Yes Yes,

Agonizing Chop (whatever else you prefer)

Rending Touch
Res Signet

Obviously the hammer build might be too critical for energy costs, but you should know how to maintain it.
Rending Touch doesn't require an attribute investment or a maintained enchantment on yourself, costs 5 Energy and reloads every 10 seconds. It might not compare with a Mesmer but it seems a nice utility for warriors, albeit, as already stated, not in higher forms of PvP.
It's good to remove the costly "protective spirits/spirit bond", attunements or common enchantments like "Stoneflesh Aura" or "Armour of Earth". Well, for anything actually.
It only has a speedboost, no snares, but I believe good warriors can still kill with it.

I'd go with rend enchantment, because generally the enchantment you really want is buried, plus I've made monks blow up with it.
Or, if playing melee, I'd just rotate targets.

Rend enchantments: 1s cast, 5 energy, removes 5+ enchantments. Looks attractive, although it comes with 30s cooldown and the potential to damage yourself. I have to try it.
Target-switching is essential, no doubts on that.

If you put 9 in strength and 11 in tactics I would take [skill]Lion's Comfort[/skill] instead of [skill]Healing Signet[/skill]
Also I notice you arent using any elite in your sword build, you might want to look into that

An elite is pretty hard to fit in there, I guess "Charge!" could replace rush. Otherwise, drop Final Thrust and bring Dragon Slash or something.

If he did replace Rush with Charge, he'll have no cancel stance for Frenzy. That could be a problem.
Sword warriors don't need elites to be viable. Sever > Gash > Final=all you need.

Every character needs an elite.
If you were to use Charge instead of Rush, I'd just take Burst of Aggression instead of Frenzy. You'll lose all adrenaline to Final Thrust when you spike anyway.
